All inventory is subject to availability within our Dhaka fulfillment centers. We maintain the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer, particularly concerning rare seeds or specialized soil mixes imported for the local gardening community.

3. Orders and Regional Fulfillment

We process and dispatch orders to confirmed addresses within Bangladesh. Upon placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation. This confirmation acts as an acknowledgment of your request, not a legally binding contract of sale until the items are dispatched.

4. Returns and Plant Health Policy

We are committed to fostering growth and gardening enjoyment. Non-perishable items, such as tools, pots, and hardware, may be returned within standard timeframes provided they remain unused and in their original packaging.

Due to the sensitive nature of live flora, plant returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Claims regarding plant health upon arrival must be submitted via email within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence of the condition.

5. Limitation of Liability

Biflexor Garden Supply, our directors, and our operational staff shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Gardening inherently involves environmental variables; we do not guarantee specific crop yields or plant survival rates once products are under your care.
